- ➤ Superintendents from Racine and other areas report that public schools received no state aid increase and that special education funding fell short, straining families amid rising costs. - ➤ Rasmussen Diamonds donated $3,267 to After Breast Cancer Diagnosis as part of its 125th anniversary holiday fundraiser, which ran from Nov. 21 to Christmas Eve. The funds support a local nonprofit that provides free, one-to-one help for people facing breast cancer. Racine County Eye
