- ➤ Wind Point student Willa Modder (from The Prairie School) will perform her cello at Carnegie Hall in New York on Feb. 8, 2026; she was selected for the High School Honors Performance Series after a competitive audition. Racine County Eye
- ➤ Racine Unified School District has named a construction manager to lead the demolition project for an aging school building and set the stage for future redevelopment. The district said planning will continue over the coming months. The Journal Times

- ➤ NFL FLAG football for high school girls will start in the region this fall after Packers legend Donald Driver introduced the new league in Racine. An interest camp will be held on Tuesday, Jun. 16 at Case High School's Hammes Field for girls in grades 9 to 12 to learn basic skills before the season begins. Racine County Eye
