➤ A Racine police officer shot and killed an armed man near 17th and Franklin on May 4 after the suspect crashed his vehicle while trying to flee an arrest for a violent domestic incident (investigators from DCI and state patrol are reviewing the case) (the officer is on administrative leave). FOX6
