- ➤ Today, the Black Arts Council presents For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide / When the Rainbow Is Enuf at Starbuck Middle School with shows scheduled today at 7 p.m., on May 31 at 7 p.m., and on June 1 at 2 p.m.—Other community events include a free student art exhibit on May 31 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Festival Hall, a family budgeting event on June 14 at Gateway Technical College, and the Racine Concert Band’s summer series beginning on July 6 at Festival Park.
