- ➤ A new summer meal program called Benner Beats Hunger began at the Geneva Street COP House to help families in Racine meet food needs when school is out. The program offers lunch at 11:45 a.m. and dinner at 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday until the end of August—local partners including United Way and the Milwaukee Center For Independence are involved. - ➤ Caledonia Police confirmed on Wednesday that 26-year-old Dashaun Elam (shot on April 7) is the man who died when the shooting occurred at (East Frontage Road and Seven Mile Road). The Journal Times
