The New Cafe, a restaurant serving brunch and lunch food, opened its doors Friday, July 11 in Downtown Racine and brings a taste of Mexico City with its authentic menu.

Grant Ritchey has joined Racine County Eye as an education reporter through the Report for America program to boost local school coverage.
