- ➤ Matthew L. Steinhoff, a 27-year-old from Mount Pleasant, was charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide—along with three counts of recklessly endangering safety—after a July 15 shooting on Yout Street injured a man’s foot and endangered bystanders; he remains in custody.
