- ➤ Waterford Fire Department was awarded a $10,000 grant—one of eight in Wisconsin chosen from 150 departments nationwide—to boost its fire response capabilities. The Journal Times
- ➤ Sarah Godlewski, Wisconsin Secretary of State, announced on August 20th in Madison that she will run for lieutenant governor in 2026.
