- ➤ Racine County judge Eugene Gasiorkiewicz ruled Thursday—based on an abandoned condemnation proceeding—that landowner Daniel F. Riedel is entitled to legal fees, with the amount to be set at a Nov. 14 hearing. The dispute involves 80 acres needed for a $34.9M school project that will add a parking lot and road exit.
