- ➤ The Raymond School District will hold a budget hearing at 6:30 p.m. and its Annual Meeting of Electors at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 14 at Raymond School Gymnasium—2659 76th Street, where voters can discuss approved motions as set by the district under state law. Racine County Eye

- ➤ Mayor Cory Mason delivered his 2025 State of the City address today, noting record construction like Breakwater Apartments and a new passenger rail that could bring more jobs—while warning that rising domestic violence, poverty, and possible federal cuts will hurt many Racine families.
