Overview
Workshop 2: Develop a personal purpose statement that becomes your anchor when projects are challenging.
Every entrepreneur fails. What separates the ones who keep going from the ones who don't is not talent or luck. It is knowing what to do when it gets hard. This session gives you that.
Deanna Singh , author of Purposeful Hustle, believes that failure is not something to survive. It is something to use. In this session she shares the tool she turns to every time she is about to do something that scares her: the Regardless-If List. Before you launch something new, take a risk, or make a move you are uncertain about, you build a list of everything that will still be true regardless of the outcome. Regardless if it works. Regardless if people say no. Regardless if it takes longer than you thought. At the top of the list, every time: I will have stayed true to my purpose. This is not a motivational talk. It is a practical method for building the kind of courage that lets you keep going and keep creating even when the results are not what you hoped for.
You will walk away with: The Regardless-If List as a tool you can use before any risk or decision. A personal purpose statement that becomes your anchor when things get hard. A reframe of failure that makes you more willing, not less, to try.
