About this event

Milwaukee rebel outlaw country band God’s Outlaw plays a benefit for the Wisconsin Homeless Veterans Initiative (WHVI) on Saturday, Nov. 14, at Club Garibaldi in Bay View. Expect covers of Waylon, Cash, Merle and David Allan Coe alongside God’s Outlaw originals. Outlaw & A Lady opens the show, with solo acoustic sets from lead vocalist Brian “Big Smith” Smith, an Air Force veteran, and upright bassist Jason “Sawboss” Kloss. Special guest musicians are expected during the God’s Outlaw set. Cover is $20, with $5 off for anyone who brings a donation, and veterans get in free with proof of service (veteran designation on a driver’s license or a DD-214). Donations needed: new men’s socks and underwear, winter gloves and knit hats, hand and foot warmers, thermal underwear, toothbrushes and toothpaste, deodorant and body wipes, protein bars and beef jerky, and $10 to $25 grocery gift cards. Doors at 6 p.m., music at 7 p.m.
