Join us starting at 6:00 to run anywhere from 2-8 miles from the newly painted Marcia Coles Community Room at Lake Park, under the Lake Park Bistro restaurant. If this is your first time ask for Patrick. He'll be happy to explain how it works and do his best to match you up with someone your speed and distance.
There are always groups running at different speeds. We try very hard to make sure no one runs alone! The secret for new runners to our groups is #JustShowUp.
