  • At a town hall in Racine, Martin O’Malley warned that false claims about Social Security—such as that it is a Ponzi scheme—are eroding public trust and risk future cuts.   • At a town hall on April 24, Social Security experts warned that staff cuts and outdated technology are delaying benefits for more than 45,000 residents and urged lawmakers to act.
