🌍Working While Black: Resilience, Power & Possibility - Celebrating resilience. Inspiring possibility.
Session Summary:
Resilience is more than enduring challenges—it is continuing to grow, lead, and create opportunity despite them.
In this multi-generational fireside chat, leaders and professionals will reflect on what it has meant—and what it means today—to navigate the workplace while Black. Through honest conversation and personal stories, panelists will celebrate the remarkable progress Black professionals have made in leadership, influence, and opportunity while acknowledging the systemic and cultural barriers that still remain.
Rather than focusing solely on the challenges, this conversation will explore the resilience, innovation, and collective strength that continue to move individuals, organizations, and communities forward. Attendees will gain practical insights from leaders across generations, hear strategies for navigating today’s workplace, and leave inspired to build cultures where talent can thrive, voices are valued, and the next generation has even greater opportunities.
Join us for a conversation that honors the past, embraces the present, and challenges us all to help shape a more equitable and hopeful future.
Additional event details: Appetizers will be served. Spoken Word will follow our fireside chat discussion.
Doors open at 5:00 PM for networking, Panel begins at 6:00 PM.
