About this event

Zumba Gold is designed for older adults, as a modified version of Zumba dance fitness. The simple steps and moves are always instructor-led, easy to follow, and modifiable to your fitness ability level. The beautiful Latin songs and rhythms will get you moving as you improve your muscle strength, cardio-vascular capacity and flexibility, each so important for good health. So, ditch a "workout," and join the fun and fitness of Zumba Gold!!!

Museum admission is included with your Zumba class! Stick around and see our exhibitions after the session is over.
