About this event

PLEASE NOTE you must visit our website for more information and to reserve your space! Signing up or reserving your space on Meetup does not guarantee your spot.

This workshop invites you to begin anew, to unfurl. To lovingly reclaim yourself as a sacred being, worthy of compassion and care. Through a guided movement meditation, a circle for sharing and being witnessed, and daily light rituals you can bring into your life, you’ll learn how to center yourself, honoring your feelings, your body, and your inner world as the foundation everything else is built on.
