The holidays can be filled with joy, connection, and celebration, but they can also bring stress, emotional overwhelm, overstimulation, and challenging family dynamics. This intimate, full-day retreat is designed to help you enter the holiday season feeling grounded, protected, centered, and supported rather than already depleted.

Throughout the day, we’ll explore simple but powerful practices for energetic protection, grounding, boundaries, and releasing energy that isn’t yours to carry.

The creation portion will unfold alongside the individual tarot readings and energy clearings, giving you plenty of time to create, receive, reflect, and simply enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.

Regular Price: $133

A $25 deposit reserves your space, with the remaining balance due before the retreat. Deposits are refundable when cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the event. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the retreat will result in a nonrefundable deposit.
